What these sites are
sergioazevedo.pt and work.sergioazevedo.pt are my personal site and portfolio. I'm Sérgio Azevedo, a creative technologist based in Porto, Portugal, and you can reach me at [email protected]. By using the sites you agree to these terms.
I don't sell anything here, and no page is a binding offer. If we work together, the scope, price and rights for that project go in a separate written agreement.
Who owns the work shown
Unless a page says otherwise, the text, images, 3D renders, video and code on these sites are mine, © Sérgio Azevedo.
I show client and employer projects with their permission, and I anonymise the ones under NDA. The rights in that work stay with the client or company that owns them, and so do their names and trademarks. Tools and brands mentioned belong to their owners, and naming them doesn't mean they endorse me.
What you can and can't do
- You're welcome to browse, link to any page and share it.
- Quoting a short passage with a link back is fine.
- Please ask before reusing images, video or case-study material anywhere else, including in your own portfolio, a pitch or a training dataset.
- Don't try to break, overload or get around the security of the sites.
The CV is there so people can consider me for work. Please don't republish it.
Accuracy and liability
I keep the information here current and correct, but it can change, and I can't promise that every page is error-free or always available. I provide the sites as they are.
I'm not liable for losses that come from using the sites or relying on what's on them, as far as Portuguese law allows. That doesn't limit liability that the law says can't be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, and it doesn't affect your rights as a consumer.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to LinkedIn, ArtStation, YouTube, client sites and others. I don't control those sites and I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Privacy
How the sites handle personal data is covered in the privacy policy.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If there's a problem, email me first and I'll try to sort it out with you. Otherwise disputes go to the courts that Portuguese law designates. If you're a consumer living elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protection of your own country's mandatory rules and can use its courts.
Changes
I may update these terms when the sites change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
